Raiffeisen Bank Aval
Public Joint-Stock Company «Raiffeisen Bank Aval» was registered on 27 March 1992 (before 25 September 2006 – Joint-Stock Post and Pension Bank «Aval»). In October 2005, the bank became a part of the bank holding group Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG, Austria (since October 2010 – Raiffeisen Bank International AG. As of 31 December 2011, RBI owned 96.37% shares in the Ukrainian bank).
Raiffeisen Bank Aval renders a wide range of standard and innovative banking services to its customers via the nationwide network which, as of the end of 2011 year, was composed of 909 branches in the cities, towns of regional and district importance and some villages in all regions of Ukraine. The leading influential media sources and experts, rating companies, partners and clients both in Ukraine and abroad traditionally recognize noticeable success of the bank. In 2011, British financial journal Euromoney presented Raiffeisen Bank Aval «the Best bank in Ukraine» award – the bank won it for the fifth time. The bank’s experience in servicing VIP clients has also been rated high – Raiffeisen Bank Aval for the second time won «Best Private Banking» award in the framework of Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2011 project.
